Condo living is appealing to those who want ease and amenities, but skyrocketing HOA fees can be a major drawback when it comes to the monthly payment.

According to MoneyTalksNews.com, San Diego is one of the cities in the nation with the highest Homeowners Association fees, averaging $340 per month. Data from the US Census puts the median US HOA fee at $290 per month. We’ve rounded up the condos with the lowest HOA fees on the market to show that, yes, you can find condos with low HOA fees available in San Diego right now.
