Well, beyond investing in San Diego real estate for more than a decade and before diving full-time into real estate, I received my MBA from USC (Fight On!) and spent nearly 12 years working in highly demanding analytical corporate jobs. I was a management consultant with PWC advising large corporate clients and then a supply / demand planner at Apple forecasting iPhones globally.
